Cancellation Policy
—> This is an APPOINTMENT REQUEST. You will be notified whether it has been accepted or declined.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If done less than 24 hours in advance I will require a booking fee should you wish to schedule a future appointment. The booking fee is 50% of the service you wish to schedule and would be applied to your total at the time service is rendered.
No - Show Policy:
No - show appointments will be handled in the same manner as cancellations. A booking fee of 50% of the service will be required to schedule and will be applied at time service is rendered.
*I understand life happens - I do not enforce this policy in the event of emergency situations. However, I will reserve the right to charge a booking fee should I feel the situation is being taken advantage of.
